Our family owned and operated business provides exceptional qualify in the commercial/industrial HVAC, Refrigeration, Commercial Kitchen Equipment repairs, installation, and maintenance.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, lighting, power distribution and controls in accordance with all local and federal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, electrical systems. Including but not limited to: junction boxes, electrical panels, facility retrofits/upgrades, low-voltage, VFDs and lighting systems.
  • Use Power Tools and Hand Tools to complete installations and repairs
  • Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure properly functionality
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards, such as National Electrical Code (NEC)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of (5) years’ experience as a Service Electrician or in a related field
  • Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in low voltage installations
  • Electrician license preferred
  • Understanding of telecommunication systems and networking principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly with a great deal of patience
  • Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
  • Must be able to pass a background screening and drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and pass MVR check
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment.
  • Repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders.
  • Extensive daily travel to work site location.
  • Exposure to electrical, steam, and high heat units that require extreme caution and safety equipment.
  • Occasional to frequent exertion in high and low temperature environments (over heated kitchens, rooftops, outdoors, etc.).
