Job description

Job Title: project manager
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Responsible for the development, tracking, and management of project scope, schedule, costs, resource plans, issues and risks, as well as maintaining project and product quality for projects assigned.
• Develop, forecast, and manage project financial budgets on a regular basis.
• Ensure successful project integration management in AD&L, plan and monitor stakeholder management, provide clear and transparent project reporting for various audiences, lead reviews and seek approvals from identified stakeholders, and deliver effective communications on project activities.
• Maintain project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Effectively communicate and interact with internal and external teams providing project updates, changes in project scope, timing, or requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
• Engage with internal teams and vendors, and provide guidance as required.
The essential requirements of the job include:
B.S. or B.A. required; life sciences degree highly preferred.
Prefer 3-5 years of experience in project management required.
Experience managing client-facing projects required.
Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO strongly preferred.
Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release capabilities preferred
