Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing 7 to 9 crews in the field. This includes scheduling & production of jobs by your assigned painter crews. The staffing, needed training, and hourly production of your assigned painter crews. Achievement of your team KPIโ€™s include averaging 40 hours + weekly production per painter, Satisfied customer average review ratings of 98%, and maintaining a gross profit that matches past years numbers.

  • Flex Hours that can begin as early as 730am and go as late as 5/6pm with some weekend working hours during the busy season.  This is NOT a typical 9am to 5pm job.  We work until the job is done.  So if you are looking for guaranteed set predictable hours every day then sorry this job isn't for you. 

  • Continuing education & training is part of the job.

Job Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of successfully managing multiple onsite crews who work in the home building or home improvement business.

  • 2+ years of painter experience either residential or commercial.

  • Experience using online scheduling systems for job assignments.

  • Working in a demanding multi task environment.

  • Decent computer skills since all of our jobs are being run through Infusionsoft and Google Applications

  • Have a car that can be driven all times of day or at least a valid driverโ€™s license

  • Pass a criminal background check

  • Great communication & conflict resolution negotiating skills to manage multiple types of clients and trades both verbal and written.

  • Strong motivation and leadership skills to ensure team achieves itโ€™s KPIโ€™s.

Salary & Compensation:

Year 1

  • $50-60K base salary with incentives to get 65k plus
  • Participate in a medical benefit plan once upon completion of a 90 day trial.
