Summary:

Performs an integral role with the care team for coordination of complex chemotherapy and cancer treatment scheduling. Manages all aspects of scheduling of multi-day and multi-week treatment cycle schedules for high acuity patients. Responsible for scheduling treatment including infusion treatments, transfusion, labs, surgery, and radiation treatment for oncology patients. Demonstrates and conveys a cheerful and favorable disposition during stressful patient care delivery for a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Supports patient Navigators with clerical tasks to facilitate communication and collaboration with patients, families, external facilities, and multidisciplinary team members.Completes assigned tasks for the day related to records collection and coordination of care.
