This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Field Operations Center West - FOCW in Citrus Heights, CA; as a Field Operations Supervisor, assists in the management of the Field Operations Department and field delivery of the disaster loan program to homeowners, renters, businesses of all sizes, and private, non-profit organizations at disaster sites.Qualifications:GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector:
  • Communicating orally, the policies, guidelines, and/or procedures for an organization's disaster, emergency, or loan-making program to a variety of stakeholders, such as high-level government officials, businesses, and individuals; AND
  • Communicating in writing the policies, guidelines, and/or procedures for an organization's disaster, emergency, or loan-making program to a variety of stakeholders, such as high-level government officials, businesses, and individuals; AND
  • Assessing a disaster, emergency, or loan-making organization/program to identify and utilize a variety of resources and skills required to accomplish the mission; AND
  • Leading or overseeing teams or projects to achieve organizational goals; AND
  • Preparing presentations, correspondence, reports and/or other documents to support the goals of an organization.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
