RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Field Operations and Affiliate Support (75%)
Providing Operational Support and Guidance: Partner with Affiliates through regular phone and email communication to offer operational guidance, share best practices, provide support, and address challenges, ensuring alignment with ATC standards and goals.
Accreditation Coordination for Affiliate Reviews: Liaise with Affiliates to schedule review dates, communicate pre-visit preparation requirements, track and process follow-up review items, coordinate and communicate about review logistics, and ensure all required materials and information are complete and accessible before and after each visit.
Affiliate Communications: Manage email and phone communications with Affiliates and relay key information, updates, and concerns to the Director.
Affiliate Data Systems: Oversee data collection and input and assist Affiliates with monthly reporting needs and requirements.
Affiliate Records Management Manage digital & paper files for each Affiliate
Accreditation Documentation Track & review documents for new centers and current Affiliates
Complaints & Resolutions Prioritize complaints received at the National Office. Communicate with Director and assist in response.
Insurance and Compliance Tracking: Support the monitoring of insurance-related requirements and other compliance items to help Affiliates remain in good standing
Operational Support to the Director: Provide general administrative and operational support to the Director of Field Operations to maintain efficiency and consistency across field operations.
2. Accreditation Review Travel (25%)
Conduct On-Site Accreditation Reviews: Travel approximately 6-8 weeks per year to conduct on-site accreditation reviews, either independently or in collaboration with the Director, at approximately 20-30 locations annually.

CORE OBJECTIVES
The Field Operations Manager works closely with the Director of Field Operations to support and strengthen field operations across the ATC network. This role helps communicate the ministry's vision, values, and strategy to Affiliates while promoting a healthy culture throughout the field. This position assists in operational support, accreditation coordination, Affiliate communication, compliance monitoring, records management, and process improvement. The Field Operations Manager helps ensure field systems and workflows are efficient, organized, and aligned with ATC standards.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of three years of experience with Adult & Teen Challenge preferred; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in operations management, process evaluation, or a related field.
• Proficient in data entry, management, and systems like Microsoft Office Suite and ZOHO CRM (or similar).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess systems, identify gaps, and provide actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated success in setting priorities, creating solutions, and shaping efficient processes.
• Skilled at building relationships and collaborating effectively with Affiliates and team members through clear and impactful communication across various channels.
