VIP Staffing is Immediately hiring a Commercial Operations Manager for a great company in Rio Rancho, NM
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position Monday - Friday 7am- 3:30pm
Pay for this position will be $26.44-$31.25 per hour DOE

As a Commercial Operations Manager you will:
  • Be accountable for the overall efficiency of the administrative support, account development, and sales operations function for the Business development customer support, Sales management, and Independent sales representative/Agents teams.
  • Oversee the process and execution for updating, amending, and terminating contracts, term sheets, and templates for customers, independent representatives and strategic suppliers/contractors.
  • Create, document, update, train, and oversee sales/ BD protocols
  • Develop, maintain, and administer onboarding and offboarding protocols for Regional Sales Manager, Independent Representatives/Agents, distributors, and other commercial partners.
  • Form responses to requests for quote/bids and maintaining databases and measures of performance regarding bid activities.
  • Assist in preparation for customer/partner visits and follow up with actions from sessions.
  • Development and updates of CRM, ERP, customer, product, agreement, and campaign database
  • Accountable for development and updates of CRM, ERP, customer product, agreement, and campaign database.
  • Primary Subject matter expert (SME) for ERP systems supporting Business Development, Sales, and Marketing functions.
  • Gather data and convent into information to assist management decision-making
  • Accountable for customer surveys, dashboards, KPI reporting and periodic program reviews.
  • Oversee administrative tasks associated with independent Account Managers
  • Coordinate sales leadership support activities required to maintain business flow, including open orders/ WIP, unpaid invoices, special transactions, customer escalations, and other transaction-related activities requiring sales leadership intervention.
  • Maintain and administer Elite Priority Rewards program activities, reporting, and participant communications.
  • Coordinate price list creation, maintenance, distribution, and revision control.
  • Coordinate with BD, Engineering, Marketing, and customer Support to maintain current marketing collateral, technical documents, commercial bulletins, technical bulletin distribution, customer technical approvals, and customer specification management.
Commercial Operations Managers must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, sales operations, business development, customer support, or related business function.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, quoting, sales operations, and customer relationship management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business intelligence and management reports.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate activities across Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Executive Management.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, dashboards, reporting)
  • Experience developing KPI's, dashboards, sales metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and maintain confidentiality when handling commercial and customer information.
  • Experience in the aerospace, aviation aftermarket, MRO, or other highly regulated B2B industries is preferred
