Job description

I am seeking a Concrete Superintendent to provide hands-on leadership across commercial and industrial concrete operations. This is a field-first leadership role responsible for execution, crew leadership, safety, quality, and production performance on complex concrete and tilt-up projects.

This role requires an experienced leader who can plan, direct, and execute work in the field—not manage from a trailer. The Superintendent will have direct authority over field operations including means and methods, crew assignments, sequencing, and daily production decisions.
