POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) Field Service Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating TAS Hot Aisle Containment deployment projects from manufacturing turnover through final customer acceptance. This role provides leadership and oversight for assigned Service Project Managers, Assistant Service Project Managers, and Field Supervisors while supporting project execution, customer engagement, operational readiness, and turnover activities.

The role supports high-volume modular deployment programs for hyperscale and mission-critical data center customers and utilizes platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), Procore, and customer project management systems.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and support for HAC deployment projects from manufacturing turnover through final customer acceptance.
  • Support deployment activities across multiple projects, campuses, and customer programs.
  • Coordinate installation, operational readiness, customer acceptance, and turnover activities.
  • Mentor, train, and develop Service Project Managers, Assistant Service Project Managers, and Field Supervisors.
  • Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), Procore, and customer project management systems to support project execution, issue tracking, document control, and turnover activities.
  • Manage RFIs, punch-list items, field observations, customer action items, and issue resolution activities.
  • Coordinate closure of BIM issues and project deficiencies.
  • Serve as a customer-facing representative for assigned HAC deployment programs.
  • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives.
  • Support development and implementation of deployment standards, procedures, training materials, and best practices.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management

JOB SKILLS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience supporting construction, deployment, service, commissioning support, or project execution activities.
  • Experience leading project teams, field personnel, or customer-facing operations.
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, or mission-critical infrastructure systems.
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international project sites as required.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Data center commissioning experience.
  • Hyperscale or mission-critical facility experience.
  • Experience with modular construction and factory-built utility plant systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Combination of office, manufacturing, and active construction site environments.
  • Travel requirement of approximately 40%-60%.
  • Ability to walk active construction sites for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders and access equipment platforms.
  • Required use of PPE and compliance with site safety requirements.
