Total Apartment Solutions is a fast-growing business servicing luxury apartment complexes across the country. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven Field Manager to lead on-the-ground operations and client relationships across the Houston market. In this role, you will be the primary link between our clients, field teams, and leadership—ensuring top-tier service delivery, managing operations, and scaling our subcontractor network. Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control & Oversight: Work directly with on-site employees and subcontractors to ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with property managers and maintenance directors throughout the DMV area.
  • Operations & Scheduling: Oversee daily field schedule management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and prompt project completion.
  • Subcontractor Network Growth: Actively source, recruit, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified subcontractors to support current capacity and future business expansion.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns, swiftly resolving operational challenges and de-escalating issues on-site.
  • Leadership Reporting: Maintain regular communication with executive leadership regarding field performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in multi-family maintenance, operations, or turnover services (strongly preferred).
  • Leadership: 3–5 years of experience leading field crews, subcontractors, or operational teams (preferred).
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
