Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to support the Technical Direction Agent (TDA) of an innovative program. You will possess strong technical expertise supporting submarine combat systems, payload integration efforts, systems engineering activities, and future capability development initiatives. In this role, you will support subsystem integration, requirements analysis, technical coordination, system modernization efforts, and engineering assessments supporting Navy tactical systems and undersea warfare platforms. You will lead systems engineering efforts across the program, to include chairing the Requirements, Architecture, and Design Working Group (RADWG). You will have experience supporting AN/BYG-1 or related submarine combat systems, coordinating with government and industry stakeholders, and participating in technical integration and systems engineering activities across multiple organizations. You should possess strong communication and technical problem-solving skills and be comfortable operating in dynamic engineering and operational environments supporting national security missions. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality systems engineering deliverables, technical integrity, and readiness of the system for fleet deployment. Required Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant Navy or DoD systems engineering experience.
  • Experience supporting submarine combat systems, tactical systems, payload integration, or undersea warfare programs.
  • Experience with systems integration, requirements analysis, configuration management, or systems engineering processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development, SECDEVOPS processes, and requirements traceability tools like JIRA.
  • Working knowledge of Navy Combatant Systems, preferably AN/BYG-1 subsystems (TCS, PCS, IA, CIS, SWL, MTWS, Apps/NDIs).
  • Experience supporting Navy acquisition, modernization, or technical integration efforts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced technical environments with multiple stakeholders.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience supporting AN/BYG-1 combat systems.
  • Experience supporting PMS 425, NUWC Newport, or submarine warfare programs.
  • Prior experience supporting tactical systems integration or payload modernization initiatives.
  • Experience working with General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Arc field, or Navy warfare centers.
