Job description

Your Next Field Role: Precision Installations with a Pro Crew

Champion Personnel is seeking a Field Sign Installation Specialist for a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity based in Eastlake, Ohio.

Schedule & Pay
  • First shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Overtime available
  • Starting pay: $25–$30 per hour
Where You’ll Work
  • Primarily throughout Northeast Ohio
  • Occasional projects in other parts of the state
  • Team-based field work with experienced installers
Core Duties
  • Read and follow blueprints and work orders.
  • Prepare job sites: dig holes, set bases, and mount commercial signage.
  • Perform basic electrical wiring and lighting troubleshooting.
  • Operate from bucket trucks at heights of 60 feet or more as needed.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Physical & Environmental Demands
  • Active, outdoor work in all weather conditions.
  • Frequent lifting of 50–60 pounds, climbing, and bending.
Must-Haves
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Previous sign installation experience.
  • CDL Class A or B.
  • Blueprint reading skills.
