They work in the field, meeting clients in their homes, workplaces, or healthcare settings to assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure clients receive appropriate medical treatment and support. Their goal is to facilitate recovery, help clients return to work or daily activities, and serve as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, employers, and insurers. Field Case Managers require strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
