$5,000.00 Sign On Bonus for RN Field Case Manager OR Field Nurse (full-time) opportunity available in home health and hospice agency. RN will be responsible for case management and/or field visits for a designated caseload. Applicants must be a RN with a current license in the state of TX and have a minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in the clinical setting. Applicants must be able to be on call 1 week per month. Experience in home health care or hospice is highly preferred. Top salary paid for an RN with home health or hospice experience.
