Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Workers’ Compensation
Flagstaff, AZ & Surrounding Areas | Field-Based Role 

Make an Impact Beyond the Bedside

Orchard Medical Consulting, an IMA Group Company, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to support injured workers throughout the Flagstaff region. This field-based position offers the opportunity to work independently, build meaningful professional relationships, and play a critical role in helping individuals recover and return to work safely.

What You'll Do

As a Nurse Case Manager, you'll serve as a medical advocate and care coordinator, ensuring injured workers receive appropriate treatment while supporting positive claim outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend medical appointments with injured workers
  • Coordinate care between providers, employers, adjusters, and legal representatives
  • Monitor treatment plans and recovery progress
  • Identify barriers to recovery and facilitate timely solutions
  • Prepare objective case management reports and documentation
  • Promote medically appropriate, cost-effective treatment plans
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Arizona RN license
  • Ability to travel throughout the Flagstaff area
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Preferred:

  • Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience
  • CCM certification
  • Experience in Orthopedics, Trauma, ER, ICU, Rehabilitation, Neurology, or Occupational Health
