Registered Nurse - Night Shift 3x12-Hour

This position requires a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) with a block schedule approved.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with the ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:2 in a community hospital setting. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient care and treatments according to established protocols.
  • Perform assessments, interventions, and documentation as necessary.
  • Oversee clinical operations, including medication administration and care of ventilated patients.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and provide updates on patient status.
  • Support and educate patients and families to promote health and recovery.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or LTAC setting.
  • Active and valid RN license required.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
  • Travel experience preferred.
