Join the Rensa Filtration Team!

Rensa Filtration is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Warehouse & Field Service Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of warehouse operations, customer interaction, and hands-on field work. You'll play an important role in supporting our customers through filter installations, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment while working in a collaborative team environment.

Please Note: This position requires availability to work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We are willing to consider a modified schedule of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM if needed. 

What You'll Do
  • Perform air filter installations according to established procedures and safety standards.

  • Conduct pre-installation inspections to ensure all required materials, equipment, and tools are available.

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

  • Assist customers visiting our Will Call counter by processing order pickups and placing customer orders.

  • Pull, prepare, pack, receive, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations.

  • Maintain company vehicles, warehouse areas, and workspaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

  • Work collaboratively with teammates to complete customer orders and installation projects on schedule.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment.

  • Experience with warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.

  • Basic computer skills with the ability to create sales receipts, packing slips, and process customer transactions.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50–60 pounds.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including climbing ladders, working on rooftops, and accessing confined mechanical spaces.

Work Environment

This position includes both warehouse and field work. Candidates should be comfortable working at heights, including rooftop installations, and in confined spaces around commercial air filtration equipment. Individuals with a fear of heights or claustrophobia should carefully consider these job requirements before applying.
