Position Summary: Field Service Engineers provide on-site installation, repair, modification, and preventative maintenance of all Stereotaxis technology in hospital surgical environments, along with remote diagnosis and support of these activities

Essential Responsibilities: Diagnose, install, repair, modify, and perform preventative maintenance of all Stereotaxis technology Interface with customers to obtain accurate details of the equipment service needs and provide updates regarding the progress of the service/installation Create or modify service documentation such as installation, service, periodic maintenance, and troubleshooting manuals Maintain reporting documentation to ensure compliance with company and government requirements. Examples include expense reports, field service reports, complaint handling, etc. Perform remote support and diagnosis when not actively deployed in the fieldQualifications & Skills: Associates degree in electronics or relevant technical subject preferred 1-3+ years' experience in field service position highly preferred 1-3+ years' experience with diagnosis and repair of electromechanical systems highly preferred Experience working in a diagnostic x-ray environment and catheter lab environment highly preferred Ability to work independently at customer sites and make business decisions to maintain customer satisfaction and escalate problems in a timely manner Good communication skill, including ability to communicate appropriately with customers, required Ability to make repairs at a component level, if required Windows experience including TCP/IP protocols highly preferred Legally authorized to work in the United States Work Conditions: This role is a field position and requires approximately 50-100% travel including occasional weekend travel.

This role must be able to provide after-hours technical support, must be able to lift 40lbs, and must be able to work around magnetic fields.
