Location: Boulder, CO (Remote)

The Role

As a Field Experience Associate for HOKA, you'll be the front-line brand ambassador and educator, bringing the HOKA brand to life through retail education, consumer engagement, product trials, and community activations. You'll build meaningful relationships with wholesale partners, deliver impactful product education, support key launches, and create memorable consumer experiences that drive brand affinity and business results. Your ability to educate, inspire, and influence both retail staff and consumers will be key to your success.

Your Impact

  • Educate and engage retail sales staff, generating excitement and teaching about HOKA brands, products, and sales techniques
  • Conduct regular store visits and floor work within your territory to strengthen relationships with wholesale partners and retail staff
  • Represent HOKA and execute consumer- and retail-facing demos and events to drive consumer connection to the brand
  • Identify opportunities with new and existing consumer groups in the field, connecting back to retail
  • Strategize with the Field Experience Manager, align with regional strategy and brand goals, and execute territory plans
  • Collect, share, and report consumer feedback and market insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Own and create seasonal territory support strategies that align with regional and brand goals
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly activity for specific retailers and consumers
  • Plan and execute effective weekly schedules for travel, communication, and meeting deadlines
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to support business priorities, fulfill partner needs, and execute seasonal strategies
  • Support key HOKA events including marathons, expos, trail races, and strategic brand moments
  • Assist with event setup, execution, consumer engagement, and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Represent HOKA with professionalism and enthusiasm at all pinnacle events

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience with consumer-first strategy
  • Experience maintaining productive, effective, and professional relationships
  • Familiarity with all products offered by HOKA
  • Passion for running, fitness, outdoor culture, and the HOKA brand
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
