Job Description:
We are hiring a Property Care Field Assistant to support our vacation rental homes in Sisters, Oregon. This is a part-time role with the opportunity for full-time hours during peak seasons.

This position is a hybrid role that includes housekeeping, property inspections, and basic property care tasks to ensure homes are clean, stocked, and guest-ready.

You will primarily perform piece-rate housekeeping cleans and also provide inspection support when demand is high or additional coverage is needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare vacation rental homes for guest arrivals
  • Perform property inspections before and after stays
  • Restock supplies and ensure homes are properly staged
  • Report maintenance issues and assist with minor property care tasks
  • Step in to assist with inspections during busy periods

Pay Structure:

  • Piece-rate pay per clean
  • Hourly pay for inspections and property support tasks
  • More hours available during peak seasons

Schedule:

  • Part-time with flexible scheduling
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
