Job description

Client Experience Coordinator

Do you love dogs and people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can combine hospitality, customer service, and a little sales magic into one wag-worthy role? We're looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to help pet parents feel confident and cared for while creating five-star boarding experiences for their furry family members. Think of this as a hotel concierge meets dog whisperer—with a heart for customer service and a nose for what pets (and their people) need.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet clients (both human and canine!) with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
  • Guide pet parents through our boarding options and recommend the best-fit experiences.
  • Coordinate bookings and upgrades—from spa treatments to play packages.
  • Ensure every stay is smooth, safe, and fun—from arrival to pick-up.
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and daily updates to clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with repeat clients and their pets.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting front-of-house area that reflects our brand.
  • Collaborate with the care team to make each dog's stay unforgettable.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have a background in hospitality, customer service, or sales (bonus if you've worked in pet care or the service industry).
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and love creating seamless experiences.
  • Communicate with empathy, confidence, and clarity—both in person and over the phone.
  • Love dogs of all breeds and temperaments—and aren't afraid of a little drool.
  • Can multitask without losing your smile.

What We Offer:

  • A paws-itively fun, team-first work culture.
  • Sales incentives and growth opportunities.
  • Ongoing training in client care, pet behavior, and service excellence.
  • Discounts on boarding, daycare, and grooming services.
  • Endless tail wags, puppy kisses, and feel-good moments.

Compensation: $11.00 per hour

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Company Purpose To unleash love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, and gentleness into the world. Mission: Our mission is to celebrate and promote a positive emotional bond between humans and dogs through providing a healthy, fun, interactive and loving environment in which dogs thrive. We do this by specializing in the daily and overnight care of dogs, enrichment activities, and other select services.
