  • You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement
  • The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

What You Will Do:

The New Accounts team is responsible for opening and reviewing new accounts into Dataphile environment in a timely manner. You will be responsible in supporting a broad range of account lifecycle and client maintenance activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, risk awareness, and the ability to manage both routine and complex account updates across multiple systems ensuring documents are in good order adhering to internal and regulatory industry requirements. Providing clear instructions to our clients regarding any deficiencies to ensure an Effortless Experience.

What You Need:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • You have between 1 - 2 years' of experience in the financial services industry.
  • You are familiar with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc.) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc).
  • Strong MS Excel skills

The following are assets:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry
  • Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g. CSC)
  • Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English
