The Role
Are you interested in learning more about the full suite of products that Workplace Investing has to offer? Are you an inquisitive person that likes to understand what 'makes things tick'? If so, Data Operations may be the destination for you! We are a 'fully integrated' organization, collectively supporting the implementation, intake, and update of data across the Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Health Savings, Health and Insurance, and Stock Plan Services, and Emerging Products platforms.
The Single Client Feed Implementation Analyst Team are a 'fully integrated' team, supporting design, development and delivery of Single Client Feed (SCF) services to Fidelity clients within Data Operations. This includes new and more sensitive client implementations, client corporate actions, and other projects related to the ongoing service of Fidelity clients amongst the represented market segments.
The Single Client Feed (SCF) Implementation Analyst operates within and across each of the different Data Operations teams to collaborate and support internal functions as well as our business partners, also regularly partnering directly with plan sponsors and their vendors/technical support teams. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in a project management or client facing role
  • Experience working in one or more of Fidelity's lines of business (Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Health Savings, Health and Insurance, Stock Plan Services, Emerging Products)
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and be an effective project team player
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, problem identification, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to set and balance multiple priorities, meet goals and deadlines, and manage workload with minimal daily oversight
  • Participating and/or leading project meetings with business partners and clients/vendors
  • Collaborating on file and data exchange design
  • Consulting on Fidelity and client/vendor capabilities
  • Gathering and articulating integrated file and data requirements
  • Testing files for format and content

The Team
Data Operations is part of the broader Workplace Investing (WI) Implementation function, focused on the implementation, conversion, and post-implementation support of our clients' data-related needs and questions. With multiple teams we consult, draft solutions, move and monitor data processing through the system, and manage updates of data into and consistency of data across Fidelity's various platforms. The SCF Implementation Analyst operates in both a subject matter expert manner as well as a project manager for SCF setup and changes, working daily with business partners across Data Operations teams, Client Services business partners, Service Delivery Leaders, Managing Directors, and more. Our focus and passion are to deliver high-quality, timely results every time.
