YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Our Machine Operators work from either 5:00 am to 1:30 pm or 2:30 pm - 12 am, with overtime available.

In this entry-level role, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • Accurately setting up and operating automated machines in various production areas
  • Operating machines in the following production areas: winder, mat cutting table, heads shop, and small and medium spin casts
  • Reading and reviewing blueprints and work orders
  • Setting machines up to specification and finish dimensions

Requirements:

  • 18+ years old
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to perform all required physical duties
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English - preferred
  • Ability to work in a team with minimal direction - preferred
  • Ability to remember and follow directions - preferred
