Job description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Network Support Analyst to join us in a full-time capacity in either our Waynesboro, VA office or our Charlotte, NC office.
Location Requirement:
The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.
Role Overview:
The Network Support Analyst will be responsible for processing network maintenance requests, analyzing impact to customers, sending maintenance notifications, and deconflicting possible areas of overlap of services provided to avoid customer outages. The technician would also monitor the network and report on maintenance successes and overall performance statistics.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred and/or combination of 4 years related experience
  • Experience: 3+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience. Must have extensive computer skills with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with Inventory systems is a plus.
  • Key Competencies: Strong work ethic and multi-tasking ability, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
