JOB SUMMARYJOB SUMMARY
Ezee Fiber is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive, Business Sales to support revenue growth within the Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) market. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building strong, long-term relationships with business customers in assigned markets.
The Account Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their connectivity needs and delivering customized fiber solutions. This role plays a critical part in expanding Ezee Fiber's business customer footprint and supporting the company's overall growth strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSales & Revenue Growth
- Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of new SMB business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and activity metrics.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Ezee Fiber products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement through close.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Construction, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support order processing, installations, and customer onboarding.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead follow-up, local events, and demand generation initiatives.
Market & Competitive Awareness
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to leadership on customer insights, objections, and competitive activity.
- Represent Ezee Fiber at local business events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B or SMB sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

PHYSICAL, FIELD, OR ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required daily to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant portion of the workday. The associate must frequently access, input, and retrieve information from computers and other office productivity devices and may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSThis role involves up to 70-80% travel to cultivate client relationships, conduct onsite business reviews, and represent the company at key event
