Join Aspen Technologies a leading low-voltage company in Tempe, Arizona specializing in hyper-scale Data Center infrastructure, including fiber optics, copper, security, video surveillance, AV systems, and more.

We are hiring motivated individuals - Fiber Technicians (OSP/ISP), Low-Voltage Technicians (Levels I-III), Installers, Foremen, Superintendents, and various Management level personnel. Multiple shifts are available with growth opportunities into leadership positions.

Fiber Optic Splicer – OSP/ISP/Mission Critical

(High Count Fusion Splicing – Ribbon & Single Strand)

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with high-count fusion splicing
  • Proficient with both ribbon and single strand fiber
  • Strong background in backbone builds across OSP and ISP

Fiber Optic OTDR & Characterization Technician

(Testing, Troubleshooting & Certification)

  • 5+ years of fiber optic testing using OTDR, ILM, and full-spectrum certification tools
  • Experience with EXFOViavi, and Fluke Networks platforms
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, characterization, and documentation in enterprise and mission-critical environments

Data Center Installer / Structured Cabling Technician

  • 2–4+ years of structured cabling and installation experience
  • Experience in data center or commercial structured cabling projects

Data Center Deployment Technician

  • 3+ years deploying hyperscale infrastructure in live or enterprise-grade environments
  • Familiar with rack & stack, rack deliveries, power distribution, and pre-cabling best practices

Additional Technical Responsibilities & Capabilities

  • Full structured cabling & hyperscale fiber-optic backbone installations
  • Rack & stack of IT infrastructure, including cable management and labeling
  • Power distribution, whip/bus tap labeling, and pre-cabling
  • Material handling: dock-to-tile movement, kit prep, inventory tracking
  • Replacing failed components in live environments (COLOs, MDF/IDF, white space)
  • Taping HAC air gaps and maintaining environmental standards
  • Cleaning and upkeep of COLOs and storage areas
  • Supporting post-dock PRD and MOR install coordination
  • Working alongside logistics, site services, and critical environment teams

Requirements & Certifications

  • OSHA-compliant & safety-focused crews
  • Certified fiber-optic specialists
  • Technician-level certifications with EXFOViavi, and Fluke Networks
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Requirements:

- Experience with fiber optics, copper cabling, and telecommunications installations
