Job description

We are hiring 4 Fiber Cable Pullers and 4 Construction Spotters for a commercial construction project in Blythewood, SC.


Pay: $18–$23/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Overtime: Available for employees who want additional hours


Fiber Cable Puller Duties:

  • Pull and route fiber optic cable throughout an active construction environment
  • Assist with organizing and safely handling fiber cable during installation
  • Work with the crew to complete cable pulls efficiently and safely


Fiber Cable Puller Requirements:

  • Previous hands-on experience pulling fiber optic cable
  • Ability to work safely in a commercial construction environment


Construction Spotter Duties:

  • Support crews by spotting and maintaining awareness of surrounding workers, equipment, and work areas
  • Assist with general jobsite support as directed
  • Follow site safety procedures and communicate with the crew


Construction Spotter Requirements:

  • Commercial construction experience is preferred
  • Fiber optic experience is not required


Requirements for Both Positions:

  • Must be able to work the Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen


Pay will range from $18–$23/hr based on position and experience.
