Administrative Assistant - Temporary Position
FIBA Technologies, Inc. is a leading global provider of gas containment equipment and services for the industrial gas, chemicals, specialty gas, offshore oil and gas exploration, and alternative fuel industries around the globe. Founded in 1958, FIBA is continually focused on its goal of providing safe, technologically advanced and superior products to its customers in a timely manner. As markets in need of gas containment products and services continue to expand, we remain committed to providing excellence and pushing the industry forward.
Job Duties:
  • Answer phones
  • Filing and documentation for QC and Plant Manager
  • Print checks, document, and scan to corporate office.
  • New employee record keeping and orientation to FIBA
  • Temporary position - For up to 3 months
