If you're someone who thrives in innovative, collaborative work environments and feels strongly about helping pets live longer, better lives, Fi could be the perfect fit. Join us in our pursuit of the “impossible,” or as we call it here “let me find a way,” to redefine the future of pet ownership together.

  • Working knowledge of ROI, LTV/CAC, GAAP, and modern analytics tools such as Tableau or SQL; VBA a plus
  • Structured, forward-looking thinker who can balance multiple priorities, bring clarity to complex situations, and translate messy data into sound decisions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and synthesizing inputs from across the business into a coherent financial narrative
  • Empathetic, collaborative partner who values diverse perspectives and supports teammates through strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong belief in measurement and accountability as the foundation for influence and impact
Why You'll Love Us:
  • Time to Recharge: Enjoy flexible PTO to take the breaks you need.
