Fi is looking for a Senior Software Engineer!
As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you will report directly to the Backend Lead and play a crucial role in shaping our technical direction. You thrive on the challenge of transforming concepts into remarkable solutions and are well‐versed in a variety of backend technologies, along with an understanding of best architectural practices.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver exceptional services and backend systems.
Engage in complex engineering challenges on the backend, covering creating dashboards, data aggregation, machine learning, and the development of scalable services.
Contribute to the development and deployment of our technology ecosystem, gaining proficiency in new technologies as you go.
Work with our native mobile applications and backend stack, aligning with industry standards.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, specializing in technologies such as AWS, TypeScript, NodeJS, and React.
Proven track record of delivering outstanding software, from initial design to production deployment.
Experience in developing consumer products from inception to completion is highly desirable.
Passionate about technology and eager to drive innovation.

$150,000 - $210,000 a year
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000–$210,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast‐growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
