• Valid IN teaching license in CTE: Agriculture (Grades 5-12) or ability to obtain appropriate licensure
• Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural education curriculum, FFA and Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) programs
• Ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, parents, community members and industry partners
• Strong classroom management, communication and organizational skills
