 Seeking talented, motivated & driven design professionals to join our growing team.
 We are a fast-paced hospitality solutions provider working with several hotel brands ensuring our clients the best product within specified budgets. We are immediately hiring meticulous, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication, follow-up and project coordination skills.
 
 
 What we are looking for

  • Interior Designer or Interior Architect with 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality and/or Multifamily Residential
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Significant experience in selections, coordination and completion of FF&E specifications is required, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in graphic rendering, selecting materials and finishes for FF&E
  • Thorough understanding of preparing specifications and preliminary budgets for FF&E
  • Ability to review brand submittals, manage project timelines, schedules, resources, and project budget
  • Experience with FF&E installation coordination during construction administration phase
  • Ability to mentor and direct junior team members during the FF&E process and collaborate effectively with peers
  • Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides coordination guidance to team and consultants
  • Excellent client presentation and writing skills
  • Passion for design and technological sophistication and self-starting, energetic creatives
  • Excellent Autocad, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FF&E software, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Valid work permit (USA) or we accept candidates that require sponsorship

 
 What we prefer

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Specsources, ERP softwares
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Experience with broad, cross-disciplinary project teams
  • Experience in client interaction and in an energetic, fast based environment
  • Experience in construction document preparation, bid review, and field observation in renovation and new development/ground-up large-scale projects
