Packaging Associate: Cannon Falls, Minnesota
Our customer in Cannon Falls, Minnesota is looking for a hardworking, detailoriented individual to join their team as a Packaging Associate to work fulltime on 1st shift. In this role, you’ll help package and prepare natural fertilizer products by operating packaging equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production goals in a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate:
  • Operate bagging, sealing, and labeling equipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect packaging for quality and verify product weights.
  • Palletize finished goods and prepare products for shipment.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily output goals.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in line with environmental and safety standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and use provided PPE appropriately.
Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift packages throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to required weights as part of the packaging process.
  • Must wear closedtoed shoes.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
  • PPE will be provided.
Pay for Packaging Associate: $20.00/hour.
