Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

- Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and resources to meet project deadlines.

- Provide hands-on guidance and support to crew members in all aspects of landscaping work, including hardscaping, planting, and maintenance.

- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in landscaping (minimum 3 years) and team leadership roles preferred.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools. Excavator experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of plants, hardscaping materials, and landscaping techniques.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Have or have the ability to obtain a CDL. Ability to safely operate a truck/trailer combination.
