Position Details:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Irvine clinical team. In this patient-facing role, you will provide direct clinical support and education to individuals undergoing fertility treatment, serving as a consistent and trusted point of contact throughout their care.

Responsibilities include medication education and administration within scope, patient triage, treatment coordination, scheduling support, and inbound and outbound patient communication. You will work closely with physicians and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery. Our Nursing team plays a central role in clinical operations and patient experience, guiding intended parents through each stage of treatment with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Active California LVN or LPN license required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office or clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology; familiarity with ICD-10 preferred
  • Full professional fluency in English required
  • Bilingual in Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese highly valued
  • Local to Irvine area for in-person interview and training

Certified Medical Assistants with strong experience may be considered for a reduced-scope role.

This role is not open to RNs or Advanced Practice Nurses at this time.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and Support Patients: Facilitate prospective patients through the phases of treatment across sub-teams including med teach, treatment plan, Operating Room, recovery room, and more.
  • Patient Assistance and Issue Resolution: Assist patients via phone, email, and in person with scheduling, billing, and non-medical inquiries, providing a professional and supportive experience.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and other departments to address patient feedback, resolve concerns, and implement improvements in care and service.
  • Enhance Patient Care Standards: Proactively develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving medical practice standards and the overall patient experience.
  • Adhere to Professional Standards: Ensure compliance with clinic policies, hospital procedures, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations to protect the clinic community.
