Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, mix, and bake a diverse selection of breads according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Measure and weigh all ingredients accurately to ensure consistency.
  • Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and precise baking times.
  • Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards for all workstation areas and equipment.
  • Manage inventory rotation and ensure the proper storage of raw ingredients.
  • Guarantee all finished products meet our standards for freshness, quality, and visual appeal.
