Whatย Youโ€™llย Be Doingโ€ฆย 

As a key member of ourQuality Assuranceteam, you will:ย 

  • Serve as the primary QA resource for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvementย 
  • Develop, apply, and document quality requirements and standards for manufacturing and inspectionย 
  • Design and implement methods for process control, improvement, testing, and inspectionย 
  • Establish supplier quality requirements andย monitorย supplier performanceย 
  • Participate in internal and external quality auditsย 
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actionsย 
  • Support New Product Project teams for smooth product transitions into manufacturingย 
  • Assist Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing with product improvementsย 
  • Highlight potential quality issues proactively to managementย 
  • Document first article inspections (PPAP)ย 
  • Maintain and promote Fenner Precision Polymers values and behaviorsย 
  • Perform other duties as assignedย 

Whatย Weโ€™reย Looking Forโ€ฆย 

Weโ€™reย seeking a team member who:ย 

  • Holds a bachelorโ€™s degree or has 5-10 years of related experience/trainingย 
  • Has working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologiesย 
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and influencing skillsย 
  • Is proficient in QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databasesย 
  • Shows initiative, meets commitments, and contributes to innovative solutionsย 
  • Isย highly detail-oriented and organizedย 
  • Works well independently and in a team environmentย 
  • Is committed to safety and follows all EHS policies and proceduresย 
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area and keeps equipment in proper conditionย 
  • Has audit experience and familiarity with AS9100 (preferred)ย ย

    • Learn and follow EHS policies,ย rulesย and work instructionsย 
    • Attend required EHS trainingย 
    • Wear the required PPE at all timesย 
    • Take personal responsibility for keeping yourself and your co-workers and visitors free from injury byย participatingย in and/or conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, correctiveย actionsย and safety observationsย 
    • Report incidents, near miss, unsafe conditions, unsafeย actsย and other hazards in the workplace. STOP WORK when imminent danger is presentย
