Job description

Fence Subcontractor


Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader with multiple branch locations across the

country.  We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders

and general contractors for fence installation requirements.

Work consists of building all types of commercial and residential fencing including vinyl,

aluminum, wood and chain-link. Typical work week is Monday to Friday.


Payment based on a per-foot rate. Consistent and stable work. Paid weekly.


We Provide:  

  • All materials including consumables Equipment when necessary.
  • Jobs staged and ready to load.
  • Parking for your employees. 


Minimum Requirements:  

  • MUST possess valid driver's license 
  • MUST have previous fencing experience 
  • Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses) 
  • Pass drug screening 
  • Have your own truck/trailer and tools (if not renting them)
  • Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat 
  • MUST carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance.

The Superior candidate will: 

  • Be organized and detail-oriented with a stable job history 
  • Be punctual and dependable
  • Have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
