Position Overview
The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for the daily management of all residential sales appointments for the geographic area which they are assigned. The Residential Sales Representative is accountable for achieving sales, margin, and conversion targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our Sales Team uses a solution selling, consultative approach to working with customers. To be successful in this role, the Sales Representative will be focused on delivering the following:

Compensation Overview
Training Phase (First 90 Days):
Receive paid training, which includes a blend of classroom instruction and field-based hands-on training.
Transition Phase (Next 90 Days):
Continue receiving training pay while building your own sales pipeline.
Commission Phase (Post 6 Months):
Transition into a performance-based compensation model, earning 8% commission on sales. Top performers regularly exceed their initial draw amount.
