Shift and Time: 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal
Wage: Starting at $26/hour, with higher pay based on experience

Summary:
  • Lead all aspects of fence installation projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
  • Direct, guide, and support fence installation crew members throughout all project phases.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly with customers, and maintain a positive company image on every job.
  • Prepare fence job sites, including measuring layouts, digging post holes, setting posts, mixing/pouring concrete, and verifying site readiness.
  • Load and unload fence materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
  • Operate various hand and power tools commonly used in fence installation (e.g., post-hole augers, saws, drills, tampers).
  • Safely operate skid steers, forklifts, and company vehicles as needed for fence installation tasks.
  • Ensure all work meets DFC safety policies, environmental standards, and proper installation methods.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while completing fence installation tasks.
  • Maintain an organized job site and assist with cleanup and equipment care.

Qualifications: 1+ years of fencing experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
