PLEASE NOTE: Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift. You will be required to complete a weld test to qualify for this position.

BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. is looking for a Structural Welder whose primary functions will be performing but not limited to the following tasks: milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, molding and all bench operations and inspect. Working from process instructions, sketches, blueprints and shop orders. Checks parts using various types of measuring instruments. Accountable for quality inspections before and after the weld. Works from instructions, sketches, blueprints, and shop folders. Must be able to set-up and operate welding machines. Responsible for quality of weld work performed. This work includes setting speeds, feed, and temperature controls, locating work fixture, adjusting machine to maintain quality welds. Assist in welding process of cylinder manufacturing utilizing robotic and hand welding skills as well as identifies weld quality. The company is building the pool to have structural welders to be processed. After successfully completing the weld test, positions will be awarded based on seniority.

To Be eligible you must be certified or have a welding background pass the welding certification test.

TheStructural Welder must have the following:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Welding Certification required
  • 1-year experience in a manufacturing preferred
  • Results oriented individual with good mechanical skills
  • Hands-on, systematic individual
  • High attention to detail
