Swank Construction Company, LLC has been a leader in concrete cutting, concrete joint rehabilitation, sawing and sealing of asphalt overlays, maintenance sealing of airports and highways, green sawing and new construction in Virginia Beach, VA and beyond. Swank Construction Company, LLC is looking for a Laborer to join our Virginia Beach Saw/Seal Division. Females/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.Position Summary:The primary purpose of the Construction Laborer position is to perform a wide variety of general labor tasks to reach project goals and as directed by the position's supervisor.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.Perform tasks which may include concrete cutting, joint taping/backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing highways, runways, and parking lots.Ability to use or learn how to use different hand and power tools.Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA. Dependable, Reliable, Punctual, & Self Motivated.Workdays & Shifts:Must be available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends).
