  • Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility using safe techniques and proper equipment.
  • Obtain and record vital signs and intake/output; promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment while promoting residents' dignity and comfort.

Requirements

  • Active NM CNA certification listed in good standing on the NM Nurse Aide Registry.
  • Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide training program.
  • Recent experience in a nursing home, SNF, or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and commute reliably to Albuquerque, NM 87109.
