Description
Job Brief:
The Feed Mill Operations provide assistance to the Mill Operator while performing tasks to advance the effectiveness and efficiency of the feed production system. Will perform duties associated with grain within the facility in accordance with safety policies and procedures. This position will also ensure the manufacturing, packaging and loading of animal feed operating a variety of heavy industrial equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for loading delivery trucks and staging delivery orders for the following morning.
  2. Monitoring and filling the micro system and assisting the Mill Operator with mixing of feed.
  3. Managing the feed warehouse products and using a forklift.
  4. Maintains a clean or organized working environment by performing housekeeping activities.
  5. Complying with OSHA Safety and Health rules
  6. Grain handling including but not limited to filling, reclaiming, and transferring grain.
  7. Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of related experience in production facilities.
  • Has or must be willing to obtain a CDL.
