Production and Fulfillment

Job Purpose Summary:

The Production and Fulfillment Team Member oversees private label fulfillment and JVG production.


Reports To: Production and Fulfillment Manager Status: Part Time
Responsibilities:

Private Label Fulfillment

  • Print out and organize shipping orders from ShipStation each morning, assigning tasks to other team members when needed.
  • Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately, and in a timely manner and are ready for USPS and FedEx Express pickup at 1pm daily.
  • Ensure all team members helping with fulfillment are following proper fulfillment procedures (FIFO, tidy packing, etc.)
  • Communicate regularly with Production and Fulfillment Manager to maintain product inventories and prioritize specific production when necessary.
  • Ensure daily accuracy of “Finished Product” inventory.
  • Maintain and order all shipping materials and supplies for private label fulfillment and freight shipments.
Production
  • Packaging coffee orders by customer.
  • Helping to maintain and organize inventory at the Roastworks.
  • Other responsibilities to be assigned by Production and Fulfillment Manager

Job Requirements

  • This position requires 20-25 (Part Time) hours per week.
  • The ability to receive direction easily from the Production and Fulfillment Manager to meet the requirements of a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when filling orders and processing shipments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time and flexibility to change tasks fluidly throughout shift.
  • A valid NC Driver’s license.
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work on call.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Prolonged periods of repetitive motion.
