As our region transitions into a new network, our 20-year operation is expanding to support increased demand across our service areas


We are hiring dependable current FedEx Express Drivers impacted by upcoming changes.


  • Immediate openings due to route expansion (flexibility available for future start dates if needed)
  • Stable, full-time opportunity
  • Strong operational support and structured onboarding; transition seamlessly during network changes


Position Highlights:

  • Starting Pay: $1,000 per week for qualified FedEx Express Drivers (starting pay may be negotiable based upon experience, 1-year minimum preferred)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (made available after successful probationary period)
  • Additional Bonuses and incentives throughout the year; Peak Season Bonuses and additional Peak Season pay
  • Opportunities to pick up additional shifts at time-and-a-half rate made available weekly


Pay Growth Plan:

  • Ongoing performance reviews - pay increases reflect your performance

Schedule Availability:

  • Full-Time 5 Day Work Week
    • Tuesday through Saturday (off Sunday and Monday)
    • Sunday through Thursday (off Friday and Saturday)
    • Split 5 Day Schedule (based on availability; premium pay based on shifts)
  • Full-Time 4 Day Work Week
    • Friday through Sunday (premium pay)
    • Split 4 Day Schedule (based on availability; premium pay based on shifts)
  • Optional Additional Shifts: additional days available weekly or on a rotating basis for time-and-a-half rate


Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Valid Class E Driver's License (minimum)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and meet TSA security clearance requirements
  • Physically able to handle delivery demands (ability to lift and move heavy packages when required, long periods of time on your feet) dollies are provided
