Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and providing great customer service? Are you looking for reliable hours and consistent pay? Weโ€™re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as full-time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers!
In this role, youโ€™ll be the face of our companyโ€”delivering packages safely, efficiently, and with a smile. We are the only the terminal in Phoenix that does not have FedEx Express volume making for much easier route optimization! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.
What Youโ€™ll Do
โ€ข Safely operate a company-provided delivery truck
โ€ข Deliver and pick up packages along a designated route
โ€ข Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards
โ€ข Provide friendly, professional service to customers
โ€ข Handle packages of varying sizes (youโ€™ll stay active throughout your day!)
โ€ข Follow all company policies and driving regulations
Compensation & Growth
โ€ข $160/day during paid training (typically ~3 weeks)
โ€ข $170+/day after training, with increases based on performance, safety, and reliability
โ€ข $180โ€“$200/day for drivers with 1+ year of FedEx experience
