Your Role 

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

  • Provide in-home clinical treatment to children, adolescents, and families. • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that drive real change. • Actively engage clients and caregivers in treatment, addressing barriers to success.
  • Collaborate with schools, DFCS, medical providers, and other resources to support  clients.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision to stay current with best practices. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Associate license (LAMFT, LAPC, LMSW) or full licensure (LMFT, LPC,  LCSW) in Georgia.
  • Two years of experience in community- or home-based mental health counseling.
  • Training in evidence-based treatment models and a commitment to cultural  sensitivity.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships. • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
