Job description

Partnerships between Adecco and our local Customers always give great benefits! While working as a QA Assurancefor Adecco at our local Customer, you will earn $18.50/hr and receive a weekly paycheck. Durham, NC!

Primary responsibilities include:
· Conducting talent assessments to identify skill gaps within the QA function and supporting employee development initiatives.
· Facilitating training sessions through coaching, workshops, job shadowing, mentoring, and onboarding activities for QA staff.
· Performing audits to evaluate employee progress, documenting performance gaps, and communicating findings effectively.
· Following all company policies, safety procedures, ISO requirements, and standard operating procedures to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in quality assurance, training, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email systems, intranet platforms, and management information systems (MIS).
· Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
· Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

· Day Shift | Team TBD
· Schedule: 7:15 AM – 7:15 PM
